A Micro Bio

of The Hawk
Born on August 28, 1927, in Marion County, Indiana

Given Name: Harry Lee Mc Ginnis
Parents: Lloyd Mc Ginnis, Martha Mc Ginnis

Raised on a farm in Middle America during the Great Depression, just outside of Fillmore Indiana, Near Greencastle, the County seat, until I was seven years old. No brothers and sisters. In a custody battle my mother won custody. We moved to Indianapolis , Indiana, lived there for five years. Then we moved to Troy, New York, I was 12 years of age.

Entered the Army in 1944. Served in the Philippines and Okinawa. Returned and was discharged in April of 1947.

Employment Record after The Service:
Big Band Singer in and around Albany and Troy, NY
Photographers' Assistant. Hollywood, Ca.
Editor of a Television Magazine (Televiews) Houston,Texas
Resident Manager, Bar-W-Guest Ranch, Las Vegas, Nevada
Country Club Manager, Washington, Georgia 

Education:
Primary
High school, La Salle Military Academy, Troy, New York. Run by the Brothers' Order.(Did not graduate. Left in the third year, to go in the Army)

A Post Graduate Degree; BD. Perkins School Of Theology, Southern Methodist University Dallas, Texas

Additional Education: Married For Thirty-five Years:
Alana, 7yrs; Babs, 11yrs; Ceci, 5yrs; Dede, 7yrs; Elle, 5yrs.
(The above names of the ex-spouses are fictious for discretionary reasons)

Not married at the present time.

And 80 years of living, a great and wonderful life.

Madeline Michelle, Mother-Alana.

Hobbies and Interests: To many to list.

Most all of them.
Still play singles and doubles in Tennis.
Little round ball (basketball), half court.
